A drill hole is only useful when the sample can be trusted.

Placer drilling must recover and document material from surface to bedrock without mixing intervals or losing the fine gold the program is meant to measure. We build the drilling, logging and processing procedures around that requirement. The goal is not simply to put holes in the ground—it is to produce results you can use to compare targets and plan the next stage.

Does drilling confirm gold grade?

Drilling provides physical samples, but the usefulness of any grade estimate depends on recovery, interval control, sample volume, processing and the natural variability of placer gold. We document the procedure and limitations clearly.
