AuRiver – Similkameen

Princeton Claim
Similkameen RiverDSC01355

This claim has good access via a road on site. It’s about a 10-minute drive from Princeton, conditions are decent most of the year. There’s a lot of beach on this claim with easy panning and very suitable for a highbanker.

There is a very high probability of an ancient channel of the Similkameen River on this claim, we haven’t done a bedrock survey yet but we will in 2021. If we find a channel the price will increase considerably.

This claim was the one that we visited in this blog post: Autumn Prospecting on the Similkameen River

Most of this claim is on private property, we have been accessing it for years without issue though.
